1 c sugar
1 t baking soda
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 1/2 c all -purpose flour
1 c rolled oats
1 c salted peanuts
1 c chocolate chip s
1 c butter softened
1 egg
1/2 cup crumbled corn flakes (I used special K)
Glaze
1 T water
1 C powder sugar
1 t vanilla
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add butter and egg and mix well. Drop the cookies onto a baking sheet and flatten with a glass. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle on the glaze while still warm.
